I am trying to find a system that works for me too. I have been working on thoroughly cleaning each room and then maintaining. I have broke it down into small tasks each day .

I haven’t gotten much farther than the clean sink with FLYlady, but it’s a start. Her system is based on the Side Tracked Home Executives.

You sound like you’ve tweaked the system so it works for you. Maybe that’s where I’ve failed with it.

I, too, started with Flylady, but didn’t get much further than cleaning my sink every night (although that WAS a feat!). I was greatly helped by Large Family Logistics http://largefamilylogistics.blogspot.com/ because her schedules and charts were based on a family with eight children – I have nine! Thanks for the book tip – I’ll have to check it out.
