Thankfully my parents did a stellar job of raising me with a healthy body image--if anything, I see myself as more fit than I probably really am! Hopefully I can do the same for my daughter. That is indeed a challenge. I may opt for candle-light. I don't like bright, full-on lights--I get distracted. Maybe that's half the challenge, though, to focus on your spouse and practice tuning out the distractions that creep in on your special time together. While most of men's sex experience is physical, woman's is mostly mental--hence the need to really make sure our minds are engaged fully on the task at hand. Hmmmm. That is indeed a challenge.
