My biggest tip for keeping the germies away is NOT using hand sanitizer! Aside from the fact that my son and I have really dry skin and hand sanitizer leads to cracked hands… which of course gives germs a place to party, I also feel like one of those crazy conspiracy theory moms and think it undermines your bodies ability to fight off germs for itself!
LOVE 7th Generation products! We use them regularly.
In our house, washing hands is our first line of defense. –And often. I also wipe down counters, tabletops and door knobs frequently.
To keep my son healthy, I give him multi-vitamins every day, wash his hand frequently and avoid large crowds.
