I used to gorge on sharp cheddar cheese, slice of Honeycrisp apple, and a Wheat Thin. Heavenly. Now it’s Boursin cheese and those Bistro crackers. Too addictive. So cheese. crackers, or cheese and cracker combined…YUM!

I enjoy crackers every once in a while but DH is a HUGE fan, especially when it comes to cheesy ones. My parents got me a cookie press for my birthday last week that included a recipe for cheese crackers – they were AWESOME! My grocer didn’t have sharp cheese blocks, only extra sharp so that’s what I got. The crackers taste cheezier than Cheeze Nips! YUM!
