I love me some wipes too! Do the Green ones smell as good as the regular ones? I love a good chemical-y smell. I know, I’m a total weirdo!

I love using cleaning wipes. I keep some in each bathroom and the kitchen. They are so convenient!

I have never used a cleaning wipe before. I think I really need to get with the program. LOL I am all for anything that is easy and will save me time, and these sound like they would do the job. And biodegradable? Even better. Thanks for the info, I think I will pick up some this weekend.

I just found your site, this is my first Things I Love Thursday. I’ll have to take a look at those green wipes, I stopped buying the other kind because I felt so guilty about them, but they really were the best thing for cleaning the toilet.

I’m so glad they came up with “green” wipes. We’ve been using the regular ones, but really want to change. I was also thinking about getting some of the spray, but maybe I’ll go with the wipes instead.

I was sent these to review also. The smell kind of bothers me on these a little but it could be just because I have a cold.

I shall have to give these a try as I definitely am a fan of the easy and the green, which don’t usually go together.

I love wipes, but my question is if it is possible for them to make green stuff why isn’t it all that way. Just what has been going through my head.
So cool I won the snacks, so excited.

I have an even ‘greener ” cleaning alternative. Norwex enviro cloths. All you need to clean is the cloth and water. They are antibacterial with no cross-contamination. I love all of the Norwex products. Norwex is a consultant/home party type of a business. Check out http://www.norwex.ca

I must say that I agree with Auntie S! I used to be a “wipes junkie”; had containers of them in my kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room….I even started making my own (which is a much cheaper alternative) using bounty paper towels in a large empty Kraft peanut butter container. (cut the roll in half and pull out the center cardboard roll – shove it into the PB container. Add a couple Tbsp’s of your favorite green cleaner – or vinegar – to 1 cup of hot water. Pour this over the Bounty and put the lid on the container. Let it sit for a while, and you’ve got your own homemade wipes! Just to note, they pull out from the center of the roll and tear at the perforations.)
So for those of you who can’t live without them, it’s cheaper at least, but it’s still not that “green”. Even though the cleaner used to moisten them may be chemical free, you’re still using and disposing of paper towels which is environmentally unfriendly. The company Norwex sells a microfiber cloth, as mentioned above, called the Enviro Cloth. They are scientifically tested and proven to remove 99.9% of bacteria from your surfaces using just water – no chemicals required! These things are amazing, and I was a huge skeptic when I received my first one as a gift from my sister. So I did a bunch of research and found out that all their claims are true. I also talked with lots of other moms who started using them and they couldn’t rave enough about their greatness. Even my husband who is the king of skeptics, is now using them and because they reduce cleaning time (get rid of soap scum and grungies like nobody’ business) he’s washing the bathroom for me and doesn’t seem to mind it! If you’re interested in reading more about Norwex, including the scientific studies done on them visit http://www.simplynorwex.com. Norwex carries lots of other great green cleaning products, including one of my favorites called Mattress Spray, which has significantly reduced my husbands snoring! But if you’re going to try it, start with the Enviro Cloth and the Window Cloth….you won’t regret the investment!
