I am a bit low on bloggy inspiration with all my focus going into BlogHer next week and how I am going to swing all the madness that is involved while carrying around 30 extra pounds. So in honor of those pounds I bring you the quote of the week curtesy of Hannah.
I know when you are pregnant you aren’t supposed to blame “the baby” for not being able to do things because it might cause the siblings to be upset, yada, yada. But Lily has been through the drill before and Hannah is so excited nothing could dampen her spirits. So every once in a while baby #3 gets the blame for not being able to run, lift people or ever so rarely just to get the kids to stop hanging on me like little monkeys.
So the other day Hannah kept trying to climb all over me when I was relaxing on the couch and I told her there wasn’t room. She lifted up my shirt, leaned down to my belly and yelled, “Hey baby! Leave a little lap for me. Thanks!!” and then snuggled in. Suddenly, of course, there was all the room in the world.

that is ADORABLE! I love some of the quotes that come from older siblings….my oldest has been full of them….informing me at one time that I “have 2 milks”….letting the schwan man know that the baby drinks “mommy milk” and the list goes on.
