I have had the same problem a few weeks ago, and it was really making me frustrated. I was starting to feel like I am not sure that any of this is worth it. But, I did give them another chance, and everything has gone swimingly recently. No BGS for us, so I guess I am stuck with Falljeans for now.

I never used to shop at Falljeans, and thanks to your blog, I started to try it out! So, I’d love some coupons, and maybe since you’re sending business their way they’ll send you more!
I am never sure when it’s worth it to complain, but I did at a certain store that rhymes with Flier:) and I also got a gift card. Sometimes it is worth it and it improves customer service for everyone else.

I would have commented on this post anyway. It made me laugh – falljeans, BGS, and Kum Ba Ah.
About a year ago, I wrote a letter to a store that rhymes is Groger. They, too, were very apologetic. The corporate office and the local store manager contacted me. They sent me a small gift certificate for my trouble. It is good to be able to complain politely and have a resolution to your problem.

I am new to couponing, and I have struggled with “Falljeans”! I have had several problems with their registers not reading coupons, RR’s not working properly and out of stock items. However, the management and employees have been ever so helpful! I will not give up on them simply because of their valiant efforts!!
