My family has always had a sponsor child through World Vision. In fact, my 29 year old sister is named after the first sponser child my parents ever had. It is hard to fathom that $35(Canadian) a month can make such a HUGE difference for a whole family. I hope your trip is enriching and safe. Corrie ten Boom once said that we need to hold our possesions with an open palm. That we could learn that without having to go through suffering first.
