You don’t have to look very far in the frugal blogging world before you come across Stephanie Nelson. You might know her as Coupon Mom. She is BRILLIANT!! Wanna print out grocery coupons, you can do that. Match coupons with sales, you can do that. Need Land o Lakes butter and want to see if there has been a coupon for that lately, you can do that. I use that last one all the time. It is something she offers I haven’t found on any other money saving sight.
Wanna just know how the heck to do this thing called couponing? She’s got all sorts of ways. Well she’s got all sorts of ways. First, she has a forum where members share money saving tips and more. She’s got a blog with all the store deals at your fingertips. And if none of what I have written makes the least bit of sense to you, then you need to check out her new video series. I have been couponing for a little over a year and have shaved almost $1000 off my yearly grocery bill. If only that translated to more shoes…..
Anyway, she has just released a new series of videos with new ones posted every Thursday. They will be running through April and even I am learning something new. Since we are going healthier with our eating I need all the help I can get because, organic chicken? Ouch, those chickens must be eating gold. Not a video watching kind of gal, how about her new book, The Coupon Mom’s Guide to Cutting Your Grocery Bills in Half: The Strategic Shopping Method Proven to Slash Food and Drugstore Costs? (seriously not getting paid to sing her praises, but that is an affiliate link). I happen to have one to give away. Leave a comment below and I will draw a winner from Random.org next Thursday January 14th. Want an extra entry, leave a SEPARATE comment telling me you have done any of the following:
- Subscribe to The Diaper Diaries over email or RSS feed
- Follow Coupon Mom on Twitter
- Follow The Diaper Diaries on Twitter and tweet about this contest
Good luck and here’s to saving a boatload of money in 2010 (and lots of pretty shoes).

*I was given a copy of the Coupon Mom’s book to read and one to giveaway, but I have blogged about her many times so my love for her is clearly genuine.
